Production Process
Carbon Steel Pipe Tee, the most common pipe fitting, is used to combine or divide fluid flow. Carbon Steel Pipe Tee can connect pipes of different diameters or change the direction of a pipe run, or both.
Reducing tees
Usually, the branch diameter is smaller than the run pipe diameter. When you buy it, you can describe low temp carbon steel reducing tee as below.

When the thickness is below 3mm, the ends of butt weld fittings will be in plain, otherwise, the ends should be beveled. The size in NPS (DN) has a large range and thickness in the schedule.
