Butt Weld Concentric Reducer
Butt weld reducer can adjust the flow rate and speed. One end welded with a large diameter pipe and another end with a smaller OD pipe. It has two types:
Concentric and Eccentric Reducer.

Butt weld reducers are pipe fittings with two ports of different diameters. They can be used to connect pipes of different diameters by welding, providing a smooth transition for fluid flow. Concentric butt weld reducers are used to connect pipes of different diameters. They are reducers with the center axis coinciding at both ends,and are suitable for smaller diameter pipe systems.
Eccentric butt weld reducers are used to connect two pipes with different diameters but with non-coincident center axes, allowing for vertical and horizontal offset of the pipes. They are suitable for situations where vertical and horizontal offset needs to be resolved or space limitations need to be avoided.
The carbon steel butt welding reducer is made up of a symmetrical and conical-shaped fitting that grows or shrinks the pipe diameter evenly along the center line.
